Day 0: Preparation

     Today was rather surreal. Part of me believes I am already in Japan, but the rest is painfully stuck in the reality of packing. Aside from my preparations I was able to visit a few friends. Nothing really exciting has happened to me so far so I'll just have to wait for my lengthy travel time before I have interesting stories. G'night
